Olvro Ltd is seeking a Project Manager in Bogotá, Colombia. The role involves managing projects as directed by the IT Senior Manager, planning and implementing work plans, and handling documentation and reporting. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields, 3-8 years of experience in project management, and preferably some background in Retail or Software Development. Willingness to work in Pasay City is also required.

Formación

• Must have 3-8 years of work experience in project management.
• Experience in Retail, Software Development or any finance-related projects are highly advantageous.
• Must be willing to work in Pasay City.

• Manage Project as directed by IT Senior Manager.
• Plan, create, and implement project work plans.
• Standard documentation and reporting, including status reports and project charters.
• Communicate and organize meetings with support groups and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage Project as directed by IT Senior Manager
• Plan, create, and implement project work plans and revise them as deemed appropriate to the needs and requirements of business owners, sponsors, and users.
• Standard documentation and reporting, which includes but is not limited to: Status Reports, Minutes of Meeting (MOM), Project Charter, Test Strategy, Design Architecture, Security Plan, and administration and control the scope, time, budget, and expenditures
• Communicate and facilitate/organize meetings with support groups/departments, project teams, and business owners.

Job Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any IT-related courses
• Must have 3-8 years of work experience in project management
• Experience in Retail, Software Development or any finance-related projects are highly advantageous / preferred
• Must be willing to work in Pasay City
