Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and support corporate networks, servers, and storage across on-premise and cloud environments.

This role requires hands-on experience with enterprise networks, firewalls, AD, and cloud platforms in a fast-growing setting. You will lead projects, mentor staff, and collaborate with vendors to ensure secure, observable, and resilient infrastructure across global operations.

Qualifications

• Six plus years of hands-on engineering with enterprise networks, servers, and storage.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, and Juniper equipment and software.
• Strong in deploying and administering firewalls, switches, and wireless infra.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Server OS and Active Directory.
• Cloud experience with AWS and Azure in a cloud-first approach.
• Experience in SOX-regulated environments.
• Disaster recovery and business continuity planning experience.
• Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive experience.
• Patch deployment and vulnerability remediation experience.
• Self-sufficient, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Vendor management with MSPs and hardware/software vendors.
• Effective communication, both written and verbal; upper-intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support corporate networks, servers, storage, telephony, and systems.
• Implement observable, secure, and fault-tolerant infrastructure solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple teams and domains.
• Serve as escalation point for day-to-day operations.
• Plan and execute projects across the infrastructure landscape.
• Lead infrastructure and systems projects and migrations.
• Lifecycle support: vulnerabilities, firmware upgrades, decommissioning.
• Mentor junior staff and manage vendor interactions.
• Help define enterprise infrastructure strategy and standards.
• Support global operations for remote, manufacturing, and office staff.

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and support corporate networks, servers, and storage across on-premise and cloud environments.

MUST HAVES

• 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience with enterprise local and wide area networks, servers and storage systems.
• Network Equipment Experience: hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, and Juniper equipment and software.
• Strong experience deploying and administering firewalls, switches and wireless infrastructure (Physical and Virtual).
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Server operating Systems & Active Directory.
• Strong experience with cloud compute and storage (AWS and Azure) with cloud first approach.
• Experience working in a SOX regulated company a must.
• Previous experience developing disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft collaboration suite (Office 365 Mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Experience with patch deployment required.
• Self-sufficient, self-managed, self-motivated, must be effective working independently.
• A service-oriented mindset with a focus on creating value for our internal customers and business partners.
• High energy and ability to work independently in a very fast growth environment.
• Discipline to document your work required.
• Ability to work with a project oriented approach for deliverables.

• Excellent interaction and communication skills; ability to communicate (both written and verbal) clearly and concisely.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

• Minimum AA degree in Information Systems, related field, or equivalent experience.
• Cisco Certification a plus.
• AWS/Azure Certifications a plus.
• Networking certifications preferred.
• Experience with network and systems monitoring a plus.
• Experience with ITIL a plus.

• Previous experience in healthcare, life-science, pharma or bio company a plus.

• Help define and execute the strategy for infrastructure and systems across the enterprise.
• Support global operations for remote, manufacturing and office-based workforces.
