Job summary

Kyndryl Inc. is seeking an IT Compliance Assurance Specialist to strengthen monitoring of IT, operational, and financial processes. The role focuses on audit readiness, control execution, and timely remediation of gaps across IT delivery and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT compliance, audit, risk management, or internal controls within a complex enterprise environment.
• Working knowledge of IT and operational control frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience performing control testing, issue analysis, and remediation tracking.
• Ability to support internal and external audits through structured evidence collection and documentation.

• Support internal and external audits, certifications, and customer third party audits by preparing documentation and coordinating responses.
• Conduct internal inspections across IT delivery, CRM, and operational processes.
• Analyze findings, identify root causes, and document lessons learned to drive sustainable improvements.
• Act as a liaison between process owners and accountable line management to support remediation and future control enhancements.
• Share audit readiness practices and guidance through targeted education and best practice sessions.

The Role

Your role As an IT Compliance Assurance Specialist, your role will focus on strengthening how operational, IT, and financial processes are monitored and executed across the business. You will support process owners and line management to meet control posture targets in a sustainable and continuously improving way. Success in this role is measured by audit readiness, effective control execution, and clear remediation of identified gaps across IT delivery and operations.

Who You Are

Required skills and experience

• Experience in IT compliance, audit, risk management, or internal controls within a complex enterprise environment
• Working knowledge of IT and operational control frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements
• Experience performing control testing, issue analysis, and remediation tracking
• Ability to support internal and external audits through structured evidence collection and documentation
• Experience analyzing control gaps and identifying root causes with clear, actionable outcomes
• Ability to work with process owners and delivery teams to improve control execution and sustainability
• Strong written documentation skills for audit artifacts, findings, and remediation plans

Preferred skills and experience

• Experience supporting external certifications or regulatory assessments
• Familiarity with IT service delivery, CRM, or enterprise operations environments
• Experience leading or participating in peer reviews or internal inspections
• Exposure to global or multi geography compliance programs
• Background in continuous improvement or control optimization initiatives
