Kyndryl Colombia SAS is seeking a Data Center Manager to oversee the safe, reliable operation of data center facilities in Bogotá. You will coordinate daily power, cooling, space and environmental controls, ensure uptime, and drive operational excellence across technical and facilities teams.

• Manage vendor performance for facilities services and maintenance activities.
• Plan and track capacity for power, cooling, and floor space based on demand forecasts.
• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and audit evidence.
• Support customer engagements by translating availability and performance requirements into operational actions.

The Role

In the Data Center Management role, you will lead the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of data center facilities that support critical customer environments. This role focuses on day-to-day operational excellence, facilities readiness, and coordination across technical and facilities teams to ensure availability, performance, and compliance. Success is measured through uptime, incident prevention, audit readiness, and the consistent delivery of operational outcomes aligned to customer requirements.

Preferred skills and experience

• Experience supporting customer facing or managed services environments
• Familiarity with capacity planning and lifecycle management for data center facilities
• Experience preparing for and supporting internal or external audits
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure dependencies within data center environments
• Certification or training related to data center operations or facilities management
