What you'll do

• Analyse and interpret life insurance business requirements, transforming them into detailed functional specifications that guide project delivery.
• Collaborate closely with product teams to define user stories, ensuring all deliverables align precisely with business objectives and client expectations.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to clarify project needs, propose effective solutions, and foster consensus among diverse groups.
• Act as the trusted intermediary between clients and development teams, maintaining clear communication channels and ensuring all requirements are thoroughly documented.
• Oversee the end-to-end solution design process from initial analysis through to implementation, providing expert guidance on best practices throughout each phase.
• Support clients during major transformation initiatives by offering insights into both business processes and technical possibilities within policy administration systems.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients by being present locally, understanding their unique challenges, and responding promptly to evolving needs.

• Demonstrated senior-level experience in IT consulting specifically focused on implementing policy administration systems for Life Insurance companies.
• Comprehensive understanding of the life insurance sector’s business processes as well as its unique technological landscape and transformation challenges.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively while leading solution design initiatives from concept through execution.
• Exceptional analytical skills paired with strong communication abilities for documenting requirements clearly and concisely.
