Job Description
As a IT Transformation Project Specialist you will work together with the GSC IT Transformation Leader and Eurofins IT Leadership team on Eurofins IT Transformation initiatives. The focus of these initiatives is to identify areas of improvement that would enhance operational efficiency, improve service quality and/or foster innovation.
The main activities on this role are to analyse, recommend and support the implementation of Eurofins IT Transformation initiatives.
Some of the initiatives that are currently being considered are:
- Identify IT Procurement and Software Asset Management opportunities for optimization and help implement processes to ensure a systematic approach to capture the value.
- Take ownership of the roadmap for an internal tool designed to enhance visibility into employees’ activities and improve internal invoicing accuracy. This tool is also supporting the efficient and effective utilization of the operational workforce.
- Define an IT Talent Management Strategy to create awareness, attract talent and improve the talent additional initiatives to optimise IT costs
Responsibilities
- In this role, you will independently manage and deliver complex process transformation projects. You will be responsible for:
- Strategic Process Transformation: Identifying high-impact opportunities for process optimisation and digitalisation. Defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines, in collaboration with process owners and key business stakeholders.
- End-to-End Process Improvement: Conducting in-depth analysis of existing processes to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Designing and documenting target processes to align with business goals and best practices.
- Digital Transformation: Collaborating with information technology teams, business analysts, and developers to define system requirements and oversee the development of innovative digital solutions. Ensuring new tools meet business needs through rigorous testing and validation.
- Change Management and Implementation: Leading change management efforts, including stakeholder alignment, communication plans, and training programs to ensure successful deployment. Managing post-implementation reviews and driving continuous process improvements.

Qualifications
- We are looking for a candidate with an analytical and problem-solving mindset, who has strong interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude.
- The ideal candidate will have some experience within change management and/or project management with 2-3 years of experience within a top tier consulting firm or 3-4 years of experience in an IT consulting firm.
- Education: University degree in Science, Engineering or Business.
- Languages: English proficiency is essential as it will be the main language required by the successful candidate during work-related tasks and projects. Proficiency in other languages is highly appreciated.
- Personal skills: Strong interpersonal skills (e.g. oral and written communication, presentation skills); appetite for understanding and improving complex processes; ability to define concepts and describe them clearly and concisely; organisational skills with high attention to detail; highly proactive and autonomous.
- Technical knowledge: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools is required along with proficiency in data analysis, data visualisation, and reporting tools.
