Michael Page Colombia busca un profesional con experiencia en SAP IBP para apoyar, mantener y optimizar soluciones de planificación en un entorno multinacional. El rol colabora con equipos de Cadena de Suministro, Finanzas y Tecnología para traducir requisitos en soluciones técnicas y mejorar la toma de decisiones.

Se requiere formación en IT/ingeniería o SCM, mínimo 3 años de IBP y experiencia con ECC/S4HANA. Se ofrece modelo de trabajo híbrido en Medellín y exposición internacional.

Formación

• Minimum 3 años de experiencia práctica en SAP IBP.
• Experiencia en configurar o implementar SAP IBP.
• Conocimiento sólido de DP, SP, S&OP y/o Inventory Optimization.
• Experiencia con áreas de planificación, datos maestros, figuras clave y operadores de planificación.
• Conocimiento de integraciones como CIDS, RTI u tecnologías similares.
• Exposición a SAP ECC y/o entornos S/4HANA.

Responsabilidades

• Apoyar, mantener y optimizar SAP IBP en DP, SP, S&OP e Inventory.
• Configurar áreas de planificación, datos maestros y figuras clave.
• Colaborar con Stakeholders de Supply Chain, Finanzas e IT.
• Resolver incidencias, garantizar integridad de datos y rendimiento.
• Mejorar capacidades analíticas y reportes para la toma de decisiones.
• Participar en actualizaciones, tests y mejoras del sistema.
• Crear y mantener documentación técnica y funcional.
• Entregar formación a usuarios y soporte continuo.

Descripción

• Support, maintain and optimize SAP IBP solutions across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP and Inventory Optimization.
• Configure and maintain planning areas, key figures, master data and planning processes.
• Support and monitor integrations through CIDS, RTI and related technologies.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Planning, Finance and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues and ensure data integrity and system performance.
• Enhance analytical capabilities and reporting solutions to support business decision-making.
• Participate in upgrades, testing activities, enhancements and system improvements.
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
• Deliver user training and ongoing support to planning teams.
• Contribute to supply chain planning transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Support implementation, migration and continuous improvement projects.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or a related discipline.
The successful candidate will have:

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on SAP IBP experience.
• Experience supporting, configuring or implementing SAP IBP solutions.
• Strong understanding of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP and/or Inventory Optimization processes.
• Experience with planning areas, master data, key figures, planning levels and planning operators.
• Knowledge of integrations such as CIDS, RTI or similar technologies.
• Exposure to SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across business and IT teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
