Responsibilities

• Coordinación de eventos y comunicaciones del área de RR. HH.
• Recepción y gestión de formatos: novedades de nómina, vacaciones, licencias, bonos, etc.
• Asistencia a empleados en dudas sobre procedimientos y políticas de la empresa.
• Apoyo en documentación de procesos disciplinarios y onboarding de nuevos empleados.
• Creación de estrategias de engagement para el personal de CS y soporte logístico a management.
