The Role

Royal York Property Management is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to introduce residential property owners to its rental‑guarantee program.

The program costs C$100 per month. If a covered tenant defaults on rent, the program is designed to provide the owner with an amount equal to the property’s monthly rent, subject to the program’s terms, approval requirements, and claim conditions.

You will contact company‑provided property‑owner leads through an automatic dialer, identify whether they meet the campaign requirements, respond to objections, and connect qualified owners with a Royal York sales representative.

You will not complete the final sale or determine approval. Your success will depend on how effectively you turn outbound conversations into qualified live transfers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Make continuous outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
• Introduce Royal York and the rental‑guarantee program.
• Ask questions about the owner and their rental property.
• Confirm the number of properties and whether they are occupied or vacant.
• Explain the C$100 monthly cost and the program’s potential value.
• Respond to objections involving price, need, trust, timing, or existing tenants.
• Build interest without using aggressive or misleading tactics.
• Ask qualified owners to speak with a Royal York sales representative.
• Complete warm and live transfers.
• Record accurate call notes, outcomes, and dispositions.
• Follow campaign scripts, qualification rules, and opt‑out procedures.
• Meet hourly and daily calling and transfer targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Three or more years of experience in inside sales, outbound sales, telesales, appointment setting, lead generation, call‑centre sales, or live transfers.
• Experience working with an automatic or predictive dialer.
• Strong objection‑handling and persuasive communication skills.
• Experience meeting call, transfer, appointment, conversion, or sales targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.
• Confidence speaking with property owners throughout the day.
• The ability to remain calm when prospects are skeptical, impatient, or upset.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to adapt during a conversation.
• Accurate CRM, call‑note, and disposition habits.
• Openness to coaching, call monitoring, and performance feedback.
• Full‑time availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Property management, real estate, insurance, financial services, telecommunications, home services, or other consumer‑sales experience is an asset but not required.

Experience with Convoso, Five9, NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud CX, CallTools, Readymode, or similar software is preferred.

Remote Work Requirements

You must have:

• A computer with at least 16 GB of RAM.
• Dual monitors, including an external monitor of at least 22 inches.
• A wired USB noise‑cancelling headset.
• A webcam.
• A quiet and professional workspace.
• Wired internet with at least 100 Mbps download speed.
• Backup internet and power arrangements.
• The ability to work in a dialer, CRM, and campaign system simultaneously.

How Success Will Be Measured

Performance will be evaluated through:

• Qualified and accepted live transfers.
• Hourly and daily calling results.
• Qualification accuracy.
• Objection‑handling effectiveness.
• Call quality and professionalism.
• Accurate records and dispositions.
• Attendance and schedule adherence.
• Compliance with campaign requirements.

Who Will Succeed

The right candidate is persuasive without being aggressive and can explain financial value in simple language.

You should be comfortable discussing why an owner might pay C$100 per month to help protect an entire month of rental income if a covered tenant defaults.

You do not need direct property‑management experience or a perfect script immediately. You must demonstrate strong communication fundamentals, resilience, and the ability to improve through coaching.
