Postobon S.A. seeks an experienced SDET/Test Automation Engineer to lead automated testing efforts as part of a modernization from .NET 6 to .NET 10.

You will work with developers, QA engineers and the Tech Lead to build scalable frameworks, improve quality, and ensure reliable releases throughout the lifecycle. The role requires 6+ years in SDET or QA, strong Playwright experience, and a solid background in testing web apps built with .NET, React, and TypeScript, plus API validation and CI/CD

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in SDET, QA engineering, or related roles.
• Experience designing and implementing automated testing frameworks.
• Proficiency with Playwright or similar modern test automation tools.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites.
• Create automated functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests for modernized applications.
• Collaborate with developers and QA to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Participate in manual testing to ensure full coverage of modernized applications.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and document defects and quality issues.
• Validate upgrades and dependency changes during modernization.
• Execute tests against web apps, APIs, and supporting services.
• Analyze results, provide quality metrics, and communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Promote test automation best practices and continuous quality improvement.
• Create and maintain test documentation including plans, cases, results, and release readiness.
