Buscamos un(a) Analista de Mantenimiento Predictivo y Lubricación que contribuya a maximizar la confiabilidad, disponibilidad y desempeño de los activos críticos de la planta a través de la implementación de estrategias de mantenimiento basado en condición y mejores prácticas de lubricación industrial. Esta posición será responsable de transformar datos obtenidos en campo en recomendaciones técnicas que permitan anticipar fallas, reducir paradas no programadas y optimizar los costos de mantenimiento, trabajando de manera cercana con las áreas de Producción, Ingeniería, Planeación y Mantenimiento para impulsar una cultura de mejora continua y excelencia operacional.
