Veevart is seeking an Implementation Executive (Project Manager) in Cali, Colombia, to own end-to-end product implementations. You’ll guide clients from kickoff to go-live, coordinating with product, engineering, and success teams to tailor the platform.

In a hybrid setup, you’ll solve problems, stay organized, and drive client outcomes. This role rewards proactive learning and growth in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment.

Formación

• 2–5 years of technology project management in client-facing roles.
• Background in Engineering, Business, or related fields.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear and confident English communication (B2+).
• Comfort in fast-paced, changing environments.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Interest in leveraging AI in daily work.

Responsabilidades

• Own and lead multiple implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Be the main client contact guiding them through the journey.
• Run discovery sessions to translate needs into solutions.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success.
• Configure and adapt the platform to client requirements.
• Maintain timelines, risks, communication, and documentation.
• Train clients to use the platform effectively.
• Leverage AI tools to improve implementation workflows and outcomes.
• Provide ideas to scale and improve team processes.

Your Mission

As an Implementation Executive, you’ll be at the center of bringing our product to life for clients. In this Project Manager role, you’ll lead end-to-end implementations, managing timelines and stakeholders while working closely with clients and internal teams to configure, deliver, and test the Veevart platform.

What You’ll Do

• Own and lead multiple implementation projects from kickoff to go-live
• Be the main point of contact for clients—guiding them through the entire journey
• Run discovery sessions to understand client needs and translate them into solutions
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams
• Configure and adapt the Veevart platform to match each client’s requirements
• Keep projects on track: timelines, risks, communication, and documentation
• Train clients and empower them to confidently use the platform
• Proactively identify challenges and solve them before they become problemsLeverage AI tools to enhance implementation workflows, data handling, and client outcomes
• Contribute ideas to improve how we implement and scale as a team

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience managing technology projects in client-facing roles, preferably within SaaS environments.
• Background in Engineering, Business, or related fields.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear and confident communication skills in English (B2+ or higher).
• Comfort working in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
• A problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Genuine interest in learning, growing professionally and curious about leveraging AI in your day-to-day work.

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

• Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms
• Knowledge of data migration process
• Familiarity with tools like Asana, Jira, Notion, Smartsheet, or similar
• Experience in startups, tech companies, or agile teams
• Interest in cultural, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations
