Your Mission
As an Implementation Executive, you’ll be at the center of bringing our product to life for clients. In this Project Manager role, you’ll lead end-to-end implementations, managing timelines and stakeholders while working closely with clients and internal teams to configure, deliver, and test the Veevart platform.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, leading projects, and learning how technology, business, and operations connect.

What You’ll Do
- Own and lead multiple implementation projects from kickoff to go-live
- Be the main point of contact for clients—guiding them through the entire journey
- Run discovery sessions to understand client needs and translate them into solutions
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams
- Configure and adapt the Veevart platform to match each client’s requirements
- Keep projects on track: timelines, risks, communication, and documentation
- Train clients and empower them to confidently use the platform
- Proactively identify challenges and solve them before they become problemsLeverage AI tools to enhance implementation workflows, data handling, and client outcomes
- Contribute ideas to improve how we implement and scale as a team
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience managing technology projects in client-facing roles, preferably within SaaS environments.
- Background in Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear and confident communication skills in English (B2+ or higher).
- Comfort working in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
- A problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Genuine interest in learning, growing professionally and curious about leveraging AI in your day-to-day work.
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
- Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms
- Knowledge of data migration process
- Familiarity with tools like Asana, Jira, Notion, Smartsheet, or similar
- Experience in startups, tech companies, or agile teams
- Interest in cultural, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations
