GFT Technologies LATAM seeks a System Administrator to ensure smooth operation of IT services, identity management, and application access. You will manage tickets, configure SSO, and onboard apps across Okta, Azure AD, and Google Workspace.

The role requires experience with identity providers, SSO protocols, and change management, with strong troubleshooting and communication skills to support end users and teams.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in System Administration or IT Support.
• Experience with identity providers and SSO technologies.
• Knowledge of SAML, OIDC, and SCIM protocols.
• Experience with ticketing platforms such as Jira Service Management, Zendesk, or ServiceNow.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Experience with change management processes and operational procedures.
• Experience managing user access and authentication across business applications.
• Experience as a SysOps / System Administrator.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and triage incoming IT support tickets based on priority, impact, and urgency.
• Categorize, assign, and escalate tickets to the appropriate teams or specialists.
• Track SLAs and ensure timely resolution of requests.
• Communicate with end users regarding ticket status and resolution activities.
• Maintain and improve support documentation, procedures, and runbooks.
• Configure and maintain SSO integrations using SAML and OIDC.
• Onboard new applications into identity platforms (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace).
• Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and group-based access controls.
• Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and access-related issues across apps.
• Document inventories and identity configurations.
• Submit and execute infrastructure changes per change management.
• Prepare change requests with risk assessments and rollout plans.
• Coordinate approvals and implementation with stakeholders.
• Execute approved changes during maintenance windows and verify outcomes.
• Document outcomes and ensure governance compliance.
