About the role

We’re looking for an AI Project Assistant to join our team and help us improve and scale our internal AI systems. If you're someone who’s excited about automation, has an eye for detail, and enjoys bridging people and processes, this role is for you.

You'll support our AI team in planning, executing, and monitoring projects related to automation and conversational intelligence — helping us shape smarter, more efficient experiences across Holafly.

Responsibilities

• Support the AI team in planning, tracking, and executing automation and AI-related projects.
• Monitor and maintain internal AI systems according to defined protocols (conversation flows, prompts, automated tasks, etc.).
• Participate in periodic quality audits of the AI to identify errors, gaps, or improvement areas.
• Document processes, changes, versions, and key decisions tied to AI development.
• Test new automations and collaborate on their integration into existing tools (e.g., Intercom, CRM, dashboards).
• Act as a liaison between AI, Product, Support, Tech, and Ops teams to ensure alignment and smooth communication.
• Propose continuous improvements based on performance data and feedback from operational teams.

What do you need to succeed

• Based in Medellín, Colombia, or open to working in hybrid mode.
• 1–2 years of experience in roles related to project management, tech support, automation, or QA.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with tools like Intercom, Looker, Google Sheets, and project tracking tools (Jira, Trello, Notion).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) — other languages are a plus.
• Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and organized in documentation.
• Passionate about tech and improving processes through automation — not just solving operational tasks.
