IntraEdge is seeking a Video & Digital Events Producer to lead digital events and video content that elevate client engagement and brand presence. The role combines support of the firms global webinar program with hands-on production, editing, and multi-channel engagement.

The ideal candidate blends strategic program management with creative multimedia skills and will collaborate with executives across sales, marketing, and leadership teams to translate business needs into compelling

Qualifications

• Experience planning and delivering webinars.
• Ability to translate business needs into multimedia content.
• Strong collaboration with senior stakeholders across sales, marketing and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Works directly with partners and executives to plan, coordinate, and deliver successful webinars.
• Builds event registration pages and webinar consoles.
• Partners with marketing teams to support event promotion.
• Manages the approval workflow for both live events and replay content.
• Designs event-specific graphic elements while maintaining brand consistency.
• Produces, directs, and runs live events.
• Delivers post-event reporting, including analytics, insights, and recommendations.
• Works on lead generation process
