• 8+ years designing and solving Datacenter IP/MPLS networks.
• Experience in large enterprises or network service providers.
• Bachelor-level degree in engineering or CS; MBA a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as single point of contact for post-sales network services.
• Coordinate service delivery and alignment with sales activities.
• Escalate issues and coordinate with Juniper support teams.
• Lead periodic reviews of service delivery and metrics.
