Dialectica is seeking a proactive Insights Senior Associate to join our global team in Bogotá. You will help deliver end-to-end projects, craft expert guides and surveys, and present findings in client-ready formats that inform investment decisions for private equity and corporate clients.

You will also contribute to business development, participate in client meetings, and help build our content and practice development initiatives across sectors. A collaborative, fast-moving environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in professional services, consulting or research.
• Ability to develop and present client-ready deliverables.
• Experience with expert interviews and surveys is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end projects, from guides to client-ready deliverables.
• Assist in business development, pitches and client meetings.
