TransUnion is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Technology – Decision Solutions to lead the evolution, stability, and performance of the Decision Engine Fraud platform and related technologies. This hybrid role combines virtual work with in-person collaboration at an office location for a minimum of two days weekly.

You will drive modernization, oversee end-to-end software delivery, and partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Business stakeholders.

Formación

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering, enterprise technology, platform management, or technology delivery environments supporting large-scale business applications.
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing technology teams, technology transformation initiatives, and enterprise software delivery organizations.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, incident management, service management, and operational excellence frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the technology strategy for Decision Engine Fraud and related platforms.
• Lead platform modernization initiatives to improve scalability, resiliency, and performance.
• Oversee end-to-end software delivery from design to production support.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and investments.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase delivery effectiveness and reduce risk.
• Ensure platform availability, security, and compliance across environments.
• Lead root-cause analyses of production incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Support client implementations and post-sales technology engagements for readiness and excellence.
• Establish KPIs related to platform performance and deployment quality.
• Foster accountability, innovation, collaboration, and customer focus across teams.
