ZTE Corporation, a leading telecom company, seeks an HR Specialist to support full HR functions including recruitment, compliance, and employee initiatives. Ideal candidates will have a relevant bachelor's degree and 2-4 years in similar roles, preferably in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Formación

  • 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Specialist role.
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation and HR practices.
  • Experience in a multinational or telecom environment.

Job Summary:

The HR Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the full range of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR compliance, and training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and corporate positions.

Support onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws.

Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.

Participate in performance appraisal cycles and support employee development initiatives.

Support internal communication strategies and employee engagement activities.

Support organizing events

Contribute to internal audits and compliance processes related to HR.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Specialist role, preferably in a multinational or telecom environment.

Solid understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Fluent in English

Experience in a dynamic, high-tech or telecom environment.
