• Experiencia comprobada como especialista o administrador de HubSpot.
• Conocimientos en D2C y B2B.
• Certificaciones de HubSpot son un plus.

Responsabilidades

• Actuar como administrador principal de HubSpot, gestionando la configuración de la plataforma y permisos.
• Diseñar e implementar automatizaciones y campañas de marketing en HubSpot.
• Colaborar con el equipo de marketing para crear estrategias de email marketing.

Job Description

About You

You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a HubSpot Marketing Automation Specialist, Generalist, or Admin, managing workflows, users, and integrations.
• Experience working with both D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) and B2B (Business-to-Business) businesses, understanding their different strategies and needs.
• Proficiency in using HubSpot’s Marketing Hub and related functionalities.
• Strong organizational skills and proven ability to design efficient workflow processes.
• Future-oriented mindset with a focus on building scalable solutions and doing things right the first time.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, and marketing automation to connect HubSpot with other tools and systems effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• HubSpot certifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with related marketing tools and CRMs is desirable.
• Proficiency in English.

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

• Act as the main HubSpot Admin for the company, managing platform configuration, user permissions, and integrations to ensure effective use across teams.
• Design, implement, and manage marketing automation workflows and campaigns within HubSpot.
• Manage and optimize integrations and API connections between HubSpot and other marketing, sales, or operational tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize email marketing, lead nurturing, and lead scoring strategies.
• Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing HubSpot's analytics tools to inform data-driven decisions.
• Maintain and segment contact databases to ensure personalized and targeted communication strategies.
• Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling content tailored for automated campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation, HubSpot functionalities, and integration capabilities.
