We are looking for an experienced and versatile HR professional to take a leading role in our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will bring not only solid experience across all areas of HR, but also strong soft skills, structured yet creative thinking, and the ability to drive new initiatives that strengthen our culture and employee experience.
As an HR Team Lead, you will manage a team of three members and report directly to the HR Director. In this role, you will act as a coach and mentor to your team, collaborate closely with other team leads, and serve as a “barometer” of what is happening within the organization. You will help to shape and evolve HR processes, from onboarding and performance evaluation tools to reporting, values, and culture programs.
