Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our organizational goals through effective HR practices and data-driven decision-making. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of HR functions, and the ability to work cross-functionally with leadership and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent management, performance development, and employee relations.
  • Analyze HR metrics and generate reports using advanced Excel to support strategic decisions.
  • Lead and support HR initiatives including engagement surveys, training programs, and change management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure consistency in policies and practices.
  • Support recruitment efforts and onboarding processes as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partner or generalist role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, etc.).
  • Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics tools is a plus.
