INGEPSY is seeking interpreters proficient in English and Spanish for remote work. The role demands strong English proficiency and experience in interpretation.

Work is fully remote with a flexible schedule, open to both full-time and part-time candidates, with immediate onboarding after onboarding processes. Healthcare vocabulary focus and professional conduct are emphasized.

Formación

• Proficient bilingual English and Spanish.
• 1+ years interpreting experience (Desirable).
• High emotional intelligence and tolerance of diverse cultures.

Responsabilidades

• Answer calls professionally according to the interpreters code of conduct.
• Be aware of healthcare and medical vocabulary used by clients.
• Participate in internal professional training.
• Communicate and report to team leader.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer calls professionally, acting according to the Interpreters code of conduct.
• Be aware of the specific vocabulary of the industry the interpreter works with (healthcare and medical, specifically).
• Go into internal professional training.
• Communicate and report to your team leader.

YOUR BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:

• Proficiency/Bilingual/Native level of English and target language.
• 1+ years of interpreting experience (Desirable).
• High emotional intelligence and tolerance of diverse cultures.
• High level of communication, listening, note-taking, and memory retention skills.
