BairesDev is seeking an Executive Recruiter to join our Executive Search team. You will identify leadership talent for our organization and clients, helping build teams through recruitment and candidate assessment.

You will develop search strategies, interview and assess senior candidates, and assist with offer negotiations while maintaining strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers across remote settings.

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with the US market recruitment.
• Experience with remote work environments.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
