Overview

At (formerly Kiwibot) we are building the most reliable, friendly, and efficient robot platform that enables people and businesses to offer and receive affordable, safe delivery services. With more than 1M robotic deliveries completed across the USA and worldwide, we are scaling toward becoming a global moonshot. To get there, we need an exceptional Head of Product.

The Head of Product will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with the technology team, COO, CBO, CMO, and broader leadership team. This role is responsible for translating vision into execution: aligning technical and commercial priorities, building world-class products, and ensuring we deliver solutions that delight customers and scale globally.

Location: Global / Remote with frequent international travel.

The Role

We are seeking a product leader with deep technical understanding, business acumen, and global perspective to join our executive team. This leader will operate as both strategist and operator—driving alignment across robotics, AI, software, and hardware while also supporting sales, marketing, and executive vision.

A typical day might include:

• Leading the end-to-end product roadmap, from concept to global rollout.
• Aligning with the CTO on technology implementation and system reliability.
• Partnering with the CMO to ensure the product is marketed and sold effectively.
• Supporting sales teams with competitive positioning and marketing materials.
• Translating customer, operational, and investor needs into clear product priorities.
• Driving execution when prototypes face delays, acting as a "juggernaut" project leader to keep momentum.
• Ensuring products are designed for international markets
• Tracking KPIs, budgets, and milestones to guarantee delivery at scale.

Requirements

This role might be for you if you:

• Have 10+ years of product leadership experience (Head of Product, VP Product, or equivalent).
• Have delivered scalable platforms and new product introductions in robotics, AI, or complex hardware/software systems.
• Excel at cross-functional alignment between engineering, design, operations, marketing, and sales.
• Are a detail-oriented leader who can drive execution without losing sight of vision.
• Understand global business dynamics and are comfortable working across USA, Asia, and LATAM.
• Are open to frequent international travel to support deployments, partnerships, and on-the-ground execution (American Visa B1/B2).
• Communicate effectively with executives, clients, and teams—aligning product vision with business growth (C1 english level).

Preferred Experience

• Scaling a robotics, mobility, or deep-tech startup.
• Spanish language skills (we are a Latin America–born company).
• Knowledge of AI, autonomy, or advanced robotics.
• Track record in logistics, on-demand services, or marketplaces.
• Passion for building products that transform the world.
