DEUNA is seeking a Product Management Head to define the long-term vision and strategy for our payments platform, leading a team of product managers and shaping the future of enterprise payments orchestration.

You will drive multi-year roadmaps, own KPIs, and collaborate with engineering, sales, and partnerships to align product goals with growth and market expansion. Remote-friendly, LATAM-focused environment with rapid expansion.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Experience leading multiple product teams.
• Strong background in payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure.
• Experience building and scaling API-driven platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Define multi-year product vision for payments ecosystem.
• Lead and develop Product Managers for key product areas.
• Drive evolution of payments orchestration platform and capabilities layer.
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to translate market needs into product strategy.
• Own business performance and KPIs for the payments product area.
