About Us

Infloww was founded with a specific purpose in mind to address the underserved needs of spicy creators segment often overlooked by mainstream tech companies. Our journey began with the development of the Infloww CRM, a platform tailored for the 3+ million OnlyFans creators. However, this marked just the beginning of our journey. Today, we are diversifying our company portfolio into new arenas, including Al-powered tools and fintech. We are a diverse team of builders and creatives distributed across the globe. This is your chance to be part of a movement that will elevate an entire industry.

About The Role

The Head of Compliance will be responsible for all regulatory, legal, and risk-related aspects of our operations globally. You’ll serve as a critical advisor to the leadership team, ensuring that Infloww/Infinni runs in line with legal obligations and platform standards across every market in which we operate. This role requires both strategic vision and a willingness to dive into the weeds, as we build scalable and sustainable systems to support our mission and growth.

Please note:
this position is only available to candidates who are currently living in the Canary Islands or willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of a global compliance framework tailored to a content-forward, creator-centric CRM platform with embedded Fintech and CRM functionalities.
  • Own and evolve the platform’s Acceptable Use Policy, content standards, and internal enforcement protocols.
  • Partner closely with trust & safety, legal, product, engineering, and customer experience teams to operationalize compliance across the entire user and creator journey.
  • Proactively monitor and interpret emerging platforms, and digital services regulations relevant to our business model and adapt company policies accordingly.
  • Lead and implement structured enforcement workflows.
  • Serve as the point of contact for compliance-related inquiries, audits, or issues with stakeholders, regulators, or external counsel.
  • Drive regular compliance reviews, audits, and risk assessments to ensure we remain proactive and prepared.
  • Build a high-integrity, solutions-oriented compliance culture across the company.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in compliance, platform governance, risk management, or trust & safety roles—preferably at a social platform media platform, fintech or creator monetization startup.
  • Strong understanding of platform policy, content moderation, creator behavior, and digital product risk areas.
  • Ability to build from scratch:
you’re comfortable designing systems, policies, and workflows with limited legacy infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and judgment, with the confidence to advise executive teams on complex or ambiguous matters.
  • Creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, unstructured environments.
  • Willing to get hands dirty—comfortable rolling up sleeves and diving deep into operational challenges.
  • Legal degree (JD or equivalent) is a strong plus.
  • Experience working across international regulatory frameworks, ideally including digital content, digital payments, or data governance.

What’s in it for you:

  • Competitive Salary:
Attractive compensation package commensurate with experience and skills.
  • Remote Work:
We offer flexible working hours with a generous relocation package for those willing to relocate to the Canary Islands
  • Professional Growth:
Opportunities for career advancement and personal development in a fast-growing company.
  • Inclusive Culture:
Be part of a diverse and collaborative team committed to innovation and excellence.
