Summary

Responsible for overseeing and contributing to the development and implementation of the Ethics, Risks & Compliance program. Support and coordinate the Risk and Assurance program / Third Party Risk Management. Within the respective country, this position will foster the function's strategy, support business partnering, and support BCM / NEM to ensure proper implementation of strategies. This position is also responsible for the ethical culture plan.

About the Role

Major accountabilities:

1. Drive robust implementation of the Ethics, Risks & Compliance Head role and support to Country Presidents.
2. Provide strategic direction and guidance to the Country Compliance Heads and support local implementation using existing tools.
3. Enhance team capabilities through training and country visits.
4. Onboard leaders and drive objective setting and performance management for the team.
5. Develop and update supporting materials and tools.
6. Support Country Presidents in Compliance matters.
7. Design and support the implementation of an effective Anti-Bribery / TPG framework, including reviewing strategies, policies, processes, and systems.
8. Develop practical tools to implement the anti-bribery framework and prepare presentations for Senior Management.
9. Support and manage Compliance Projects, providing strategic input.
10. Report technical complaints, adverse events, and special scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt.
11. Ensure experience in the Pharmaceutical sector and over 10 years in Ethics, Risks & Compliance processes.
12. Demonstrate People Management experience.

Languages :

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
