W Hotels in Bogota seeks a Guest Service-Driver to transport guests and support service excellence. You will drive to/from destinations, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and ensure safety protocols are followed throughout shifts.

Key tasks include documenting trips, inspecting vehicles, and coordinating with team to assist guests and persons with disabilities while upholding Marriott's standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilidades

• Transport guests to/from assigned destinations using property vehicle.
• Document all trips before start and after conclusion of each trip.
• Park vehicle in designated location when not in use.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and cleanliness; report maintenance needs.
• Follow company policies; maintain professional appearance; protect assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests; assist guests with disabilities; be courteous.
• Communicate with staff using radios, pagers, or email; coordinate with team.
• Move safely; lift up to 50 pounds; navigate stairs and ramps when needed.

Conocimientos

Valid Driver's License

Educación

High school diploma or GED
