Job summary

Massive Bio is seeking a Growth Manager to own user acquisition and funnel optimization across our platform. You will design experiments, build dashboards, and measure metrics to drive high-value conversions for cancer patients and healthcare partners.

You will work with leadership to align growth goals with product and marketing strategies, exploring paid and organic channels while maintaining a rigorous test-and-learn approach.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of growth marketing, performance marketing, or user acquisition in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Proven track record designing and executing experiments that move conversion, retention or revenue.
• Strong full-funnel thinking: conversion rates, cohorts, unit economics.
• Hands-on with analytics and experimentation tools like GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude or Optimizely.
• Ability to work across paid and organic channels with a test-and-learn mindset.
• Excellent English communication; comfortable presenting to C-level leaders.
• Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own the full user acquisition funnel from first touchpoint to conversion.
• Build growth dashboards tracking funnel performance, cohorts and unit economics.
• Design and run rapid experiments across channels: partnerships, organic, paid media.
• Collaborate with product, operations and engagement teams to scale growth.
