Job summary

Buc-ee's, Ltd. in Colombia seeks an experienced Grocery/Warehouse Manager to oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution, ensuring a safe, in-stock environment and leading a team across shifts.

The role requires managing staff, scheduling, maintaining inventory, enforcing procedures, and working on rotating day/night shifts, including weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate has previous warehouse or management experience.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse and/or management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs or more and perform manual handling.
• Willing to work a rotating day/night shift and weekends

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a high performance team
• Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by policies and procedures
• Coach and evaluate warehouse staff performance
• Schedule and assign employees and monitor work results
• Inspect equipment and issue repair or replacement work orders
• Conduct regular physical counts to control inventory
• Safeguard warehouse operations with security procedures
• Work on busiest days; rotate day/night shifts
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance; work in fast-paced environments
• Prolonged walking or standing 8–12 hours
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
