Seeking a Graphic Designer to join our growing Brand & Communications team. This role partners closely with the Senior Brand Manager to bring marketing campaigns, office-level materials, and corporate brand initiatives to life across a multi-location healthcare organization. This is a hands-on design role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-output environment, enjoys balancing multiple brands and priorities, and can translate strategy into clean, on-brand creative across both print and digital channels. You’ll design enterprise-level templates while also creating location-specific materials, supporting brand consistency, performance, and local identity across 160+ supported dental practices.

What You’ll Do
Brand & Campaign Design
- Design creative assets for quarterly marketing campaigns across 160+ locally brandeddental offices
- Support office-specific needs including flyers, postcards, signage, in-office printmaterials, and digital assets
- Adapt campaign designs to align with individual office branding while maintainingGuardian Dental brand standards
Corporate & Internal Initiatives
- Create branded materials supporting corporate initiatives, including: Talent acquisition and recruiting
- Internal communications
- Company-wide and regional events
- Design assets for leadership presentations, toolkits, internal rollouts, and cross-functional initiatives
- Partner closely with the Senior Brand Manager to execute creative concepts and maintainbrand consistency
- Collaborate with marketing specialists, coordinators, communications, and cross-functional teams to meet timelines and deliverables
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality
Brand Stewardship
- Help maintain and evolve brand guidelines, templates, and design systems
- Ensure all creative assets align with brand voice, tone, and visual identity
- Provide thoughtful design solutions that balance creativity, clarity, and usability
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience (in-house or agency)
- Strong portfolio showcasing print and digital design across campaigns, marketingmaterials, and brand systems
- Experience supporting multiple brands, locations, or stakeholders is a plus
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Experience working in Canva and/or building scalable templates strongly preferred
- Ability to take direction, ask thoughtful questions, and execute efficiently
- Strong organizational skills with comfort managing competing priorities
- Experience in healthcare, multi-location brands, or franchised environments is a plus
