Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. seeks a Graphic Designer II to join our global Art Department, shaping impactful visuals for events, trade shows, and branded environments.

You will transform briefs into production-ready artwork, collaborate with art directors, and stay ahead of trends to deliver high-quality designs that elevate the Gallagher brand.

Formación

• Solid understanding of design principles and layout.
• Experience creating large-format graphics for events and shows.
• Proficiency with Adobe CC tools, especially InDesign and Photoshop.

Responsabilidades

• Transform creative briefs into visually compelling designs for print, digital, and experiential marketing materials.
• Design trade show booths, environmental graphics, signage, and branding systems.
• Prepare production-ready artwork for large-format applications with high-quality execution.

• Stay ahead of trends and apply best practices to deliver innovative designs.

As a Graphic Designer II at Gallagher, you’ll be part of our global Art Department, helping shape impactful visual experiences for events, trade shows, and branded environments. Your work will play a vital role in delivering high-quality designs that inspire, engage, and elevate the Gallagher brand.

• Collaborate and innovate:Work closely with Art Directors, Copywriters, and team members to develop creative solutions that align with Gallagher’s brand standards.

About you

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a solid understanding of design principles like composition, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Is experienced in creating large-format graphics, event branding systems, and trade show displays.
• Is proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, especially InDesign and Photoshop.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines.
• Is a team player who collaborates respectfully and contributes positively to group efforts.
• Holds an associate or bachelor’s degree in visual communications, graphic design, or a related field.
• Has 5+ years of experience in an agency or in-house creative team, with a focus on experiential marketing and branded environments.
