Sanofi Bogotá is seeking a Government contract operations specialist to support Medicaid claims processing and reconciliation within the Medical & commercial team.

The role includes reviewing quarterly Medicaid data, resolving disputes, and coordinating with states, while ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication. Fluency in English and a finance/healthcare background are preferred.

• 1-3 years of related work experience, preferably in Pharmaceutical/Medicaid settings.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, policy, or health care preferred.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and data skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform quarterly Medicaid reviews and trend analysis.
• Manage Medicaid mailbox and respond to state inquiries.
• Assist with Tricare rebates, IFF, 340B refunds, and audits.

Ready? As Government contract operations specialist within our Medical & commercial team.This position will support Government Operations and processes.

Government operations responsibilities include primary responsibility for Medicaid claim review and payment reconciliation. Support invoice dispute resolution with states and other stakeholders. Main responsibilities: Perform quarterly Medicaid claim review including quarterly trend review, validation assessment, check/payment reconciliation. Ensure back-up documentation is accurate and sent to states/programs in a timely manner. Reconcile checks/payments with large amounts of data. Resolve credit balance issues. Manage Medicaid mailbox as the primary contact responding to state inquiries. Additional responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the processing of quarterly Tricare rebate claims, preparation of the Industrial Funding Fee (IFF), assistance with 340B refunds, and support of audit, ad-hoc, and integration requests. Quarterly reports to finance and external contacts on divested products Monthly reports from Biogen and coordinate ICW upload Weekly T-bill rate input Download IQVIA files (pay packet support, late pay files, CLD files) Review Medicaid claims in the exception table prior to quarterly reserve meetings Review lower dollar pay packets Interest reconciliation for all states and support historical interest reconciliation project Dispute resolution Enter CMS Medicaid lives per state into Excel Support various projects

About you

Experience: 1-3 years of related work experiences Pharmaceutical/Medicaid-related experience preferred

Detail Oriented, thorough Time management Process oriented Analytical Good communication and follow up skills Problem solving Initiative Follow-up and Follow-through Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Tools. Strong Excel skills required. Pivot tables and V lookup functionality are used often. System/technically savvy
