Aprio Colombia SAS is seeking a Resource Manager in Medellín to ensure optimal resource allocation onshore and offshore, oversee project delivery, and maintain client satisfaction. You will partner with stakeholders to assess needs, optimize utilization, and drive strategic workforce planning initiatives.

The role focuses on smooth client service and workforce stability by integrating new advisory, tax, and accounting professionals into the firm’s systems and workflows, ensuring collaboration

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
• Professional certification (e.g., RMCP, PMP, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
• Minimum 5–7 years of work experience in resource management, data management, and workforce planning.
