Worley in Bogotá seeks an experienced HSE Advisor to deliver generalist HSE support across projects, offices and regions, contributing to the HSE Management System and performance reporting.

The role requires a tertiary HSE qualification, about 10 years of experience, and bilingual Spanish/English; operates in a global, matrixed organization with ISO-aligned initiatives and PowerBI data analytics.

Formación

• Tertiary qualification in HSE or related field.
• Almost 10 years of working experience related.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Broad experience in HSE management systems, assurance, reporting, and governance.
• Experience supporting ISO-aligned systems at enterprise or regional level.
• Experience working within global, matrixed organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide generalist HSE support to global/regional teams across multiple elements of the HSE lifecycle.
• Support HSE assurance activities including internal audits, assessments, and follow-up actions.
• Contribute to proposals, risk workshops and improvement initiatives.
• Maintain the integrity and effective use of HSE systems, data and digital analytics (e.g., PowerBI).
• Support the maintenance of HSE legal compliance registers and governance documentation.
