Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an analytical Senior Analyst: Procurement Analytics & Insights to join our Global Procurement COE. You will transform complex enterprise data into strategic insights, partnering with Category Managers and Corporate Finance to optimize spend and craft executive narratives for decision-makers.

You will harmonize spend data from SAP, Oracle, Coupa, and Ariba, automate dashboards, and help drive EBITDA savings across global operations.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in procurement analytics, finance, consulting, or BI.
• Strong SQL and BI tool proficiency with data manipulation skills (Python/R/Excel).
• Experience with ERP/P2P data structures (Oracle, SAP, Coupa, Ariba).
• Excellent written and verbal English with executive presentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Harmonize spend data from multiple ERPs and P2P platforms into a single source of truth.
• Design and automate BI dashboards and analytics with AI tooling.
• Identify savings opportunities and support sourcing pipeline priorities.
• Validate EBITDA savings with Finance and align with budgets.
