A global digital business services company is seeking a Mid-Level Network Engineer in Colombia. Responsible for managing network stability and security, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience with firewall administration, specifically Palo Alto and FortiGate. Applicants should hold a bachelor's degree and have at least 4 years' experience in enterprise environments, alongside being fluent in English. The role involves 24/7 operation with rotating shifts and offers competitive salary and bonus opportunities.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years of experience in enterprise network and security environments.
• Strong hands-on experience in enterprise LAN environments.
• Advanced troubleshooting in production environments.

Responsabilidades

• Manage incidents, service requests, and infrastructure changes under defined SLAs.
• Provide administration and troubleshooting of Next-Generation Firewalls.
• Implement and maintain security policies and access control frameworks.
• Support Data Center network environments.
