Johnson & Johnson Global Services seeks a Finance Manager to lead Controllership for Abiomed and V-Wave in North America, supporting the Commercial CFOs, and driving BRAVO-based financial reporting across the region.

You will coordinate close activities, analyze statements for accuracy, ensure SOX compliance, partner with PwC and GAA, and influence strategic decisions through cross-functional finance leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor’s level degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
• CPA, CMA, MBA or similar certifications preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Suite, SAP, TM1 and Bravo is expected
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in finance/accounting
• Experience in Account-to-Report with consolidations and SOX controls is preferred

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and facilitate financial statement reviews for senior leadership
• Lead overall close coordination for NAM Abiomed through pre-close meetings and check-ins
• Analyze financial statements for completeness and accuracy
• Facilitate BRAVO reviews and provide commentary
• Present Global Balance Sheet, CapEx, and Cash Flow to Finance Leadership
• Ensure Actuals submissions comply with SOX controls and coordinate with PwC
• Be part of GS leadership and bridge between BU Finance and Global Services
