Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Business Process Compliance Senior Finance Manager for the Med Tech Supply Chain Digital organization. The role supports a multi-year global transformation to harmonize ERP systems and standardize core processes across Plan, Source, Make, Quality, Deliver, and Data.

The Senior Manager will embed effective controls, partner with Finance, Supply Chain, ISRM, and audit teams, and drive readiness for end-state control environments across deployments.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related business discipline.
• 5–10 years of professional experience in Accounting, Finance or Auditing.
• SOX and/or audit experience; ability to mitigate risks.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with control owners and project teams to meet External Reporting, Management Reporting, SOX and regulatory requirements.
• Design, implement, and monitor business, finance, and IT controls and quality metrics across platforms.
• Lead audit engagements from planning to issue resolution and ensure readiness across deployments.
