WPP Media is seeking a Manager Implementation Planning to join the Global Operations Centre. You will collaborate with teams across the US, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact media planning solutions and insights.

Lead efforts in research tools, data analysis, and client-ready media plans while mentoring junior staff. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, strong English, and 1+ years managing teams, plus 3 years in a digital media agency with reserved media buying.

Formación

• Advanced English level (B2–C2).
• 1+ years of experience managing work teams.
• 3 years' experience at a digital media agency and previous experience buying reserved media.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers.

Responsabilidades

• Input into tactical campaign outputs and post campaign reviews with insightful analysis.
• Be the agency lead for research tools and data points for consumer insights.
• Turn tactical presentations into media plans that meet client objectives.
• Manage KPI and career progression of Executives and review work for quality.
• Build relationships with media representatives and briefings on industry trends.
