You will lead tactical campaign planning, oversee research tools, and turn insights into actionable media plans while managing Executives and maintaining high standards. The role offers hybrid modality and opportunities for professional growth within a global network.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Advanced English level (B2–C2).
• 1+ years of experience managing work teams.
• 3 years' experience at a digital media agency and buying reserved media.
• Strong analytical skills: analyze data, derive insights, and make recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Input into tactical campaign outputs and post campaign reviews with insights.
• Be the agency lead for research tools and consumer insight data.
• Turn tactical presentations into media plans that meet client objectives.
• Manage KPI and career progression of Executives and ensure high standards.
• Build relationships with media representatives and brief on industry trends.
