Qualifications

• Fluent English communication skills required.
• High school diploma or GED minimum; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments and manage documentation for international logistics.
• Support compliance processes and SOP requirements.
• Communicate clearly with customers, CHR offices, agents and vendors.
• Learn pricing basics and respond to customer requests.
• Ensure data integrity for shipment details, routing and dates.
