EAGE seeks a curious, creative go-getter to shape how we position, promote and present international events. You will work with event managers, designers and partners to connect with our community, discover new audiences and make every event feel unmistakably EAGE.

The role requires 2+ years in marketing campaigns, email, CRM, social media or digital advertising, plus a BsC+ education. You will contribute to on-site branding and digital content, with a hybrid work setup and international

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience with marketing campaigns, email, CRM, social media or digital advertising.
• Understanding of target audiences, positioning and how to choose the right channels.
• Branding sense and visual communication; Adobe experience is a plus.
• Comfort with measuring campaign performance; Google Analytics or advertising platforms is a plus.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English - C2 level.
• BsC+ education and at least 2 years of working experience.
• Event marketing or on-site branding experience is a plus.

• Find the story behind each event and turn it into clear, compelling messages and content.
• Know your audience: identify who to attract, understand motivations to attend, and tailor the strategy and channels.
• Build and deliver smart campaigns reaching familiar audiences and new audiences through digital channels, partners, universities, speakers and networks.
• Collaborate with event teams to choose the right approach for each topic, audience and market, then learn from results.
• Bring the EAGE brand to life on site, from signage and stages to sponsor visibility and attendee experience.
• Use audience insights and campaign results to see what works and improve what does not.
• Keep event websites and digital content fresh, accurate and persuasive.
