You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define policies, metadata, lineage, and data quality standards enabling compliant analytics at scale. You will lead workshops, advise engineering on governance-by-design, and communicate strategic trade-offs to stakeholders while aligning privacy and RBAC concepts with

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise data governance frameworks and operating models.
• 3+ years in metadata management, data cataloging, and data lineage capabilities.
• 3+ years designing data quality metrics, controls, and stewardship workflows.
• Strong consulting and workshop facilitation with executive stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Define an enterprise data governance framework, policies, and operating model for multi-country organizations.
• Design metadata management and data lineage architecture to improve transparency and control.
• Establish data quality standards, KPIs, and monitoring rules for reliable analytics.
• Align privacy, retention, and access control with security and legal stakeholders.
• Lead discovery workshops to assess data maturity and shape roadmaps.
