Kaplan International, Bogotá, seeks a motivated Credit Control Clerk to manage day-to-day invoicing collections and account reconciliations for our international student and partner network. You will ensure timely payments and accurate records, reporting to the Senior Credit Control Clerk.

The role requires 1–2 years in credit control, English fluency, and experience with ERP and billing software in a fast-paced finance team. Local terms apply in Colombia.

Formación

• 1–2 years of Credit Control/Accounts Receivable experience.
• Experience in international environments, education, tourism or hospitality is a plus.
• Educational background in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage debt collection and communications with international customers via phone and email.
• Allocate payments to customer accounts and perform regular bank reconciliations.
• Monitor aging debt reports and support month-end procedures.
