Scotiabank is seeking a MIS professional to build architecture for reliable MIS delivery to support collections strategies across the International Banking division.

You will design dashboards, automate data collection, and develop scorecards to benchmark performance across multiple countries. The role requires strong SQL, R, Python, and BI tool skills plus a data-driven mindset for forecasting delinquency and capacity planning.

Formación

• Experience in MIS, reporting, data analytics, collections analytics, BI, or ops support.
• Ability to transform and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Experience in report automation, dashboard creation, and KPI monitoring is desirable.
• Proficiency with relational databases and SQL.
• Hands-on programming in SQL, R and Python; adaptable to other languages.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and VBA; familiarity with BI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the design of applications and reports.
• Automate data collection and report generation for faster delivery.
• Design reports and scorecards to measure collections performance across international banking.
• Provide best-in-class scorecards to benchmark operations and KPIs.
• Perform analytics on collections and recovery trends; lead MIS team.
• Standardize reports to measure performance and ensure governance.
• Identify best practices and replicate across hubs.
• Turn data into actionable information and insights.
• Model portfolio performance and forecast delinquency and loss impacts.
• Perform capacity planning for all sites and hubs.
• Ensure COBs are signed and adhered to.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
