Omnicom Global Solutions (OGS) seeks a Business Intelligence Specialist to transform complex datasets into actionable insights and to develop scalable reporting solutions for global teams. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership to deliver analytics that drive decisions.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, technical expertise, and business acumen to support data-informed decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in BI, Data Analytics, Analytics Engineering, Reporting, or related fields.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Strong experience with data modeling and ETL/ELT processes.
• Experience working with CRM data, particularly Salesforce.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
• Knowledge of SaaS metrics.
• Experience with data governance and data quality management.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Build and optimize data models to support business reporting needs.
• Develop and manage ETL/ELT processes to ensure data accuracy and availability.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical solutions.
• Analyze CRM and operational data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Monitor key SaaS performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and reporting best practices.
• Support ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives across global teams.
