Ideal candidate has 10+ years in accounting/finance, 5+ years in a managerial Shared Service or BPO, and holds CPA/CMA/MBA or equivalent certifications, with openness to international travel up to 10–20%.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor’s level degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years in Manager role in a Shared Service or BPO organization.
• Experience in managing large teams (~30 and above headcount).
• Track record of leading Continuous Improvement and/or process transformation.
• Experience in a Global Account to Report function of a multi-national company.
• Experience in multiple migrations of work.
• CPA, CMA, MBA and/or other financial certification preferred.
• Strong ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead accounting and daily operations for GSF Accounting process area.
• Timely closing & execution of financial periods per closing calendar with SLA commitments, observing Compliance, Internal Audit & SOX requirements.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy and validity of actuals reported within scope.
• Drive adherence to Worldwide Procedures and compliance requirements across regions.
• Lead Accounting team (team of associates/managers).
• Support auditors and legal authorities with required activities.
• Ensure strong internal controls and risk management aligned with audit expectations.
