The role involves handling customer inquiries primarily in German, with additional support in English. This is a permanent position with a gross annual salary of €23,500, including a sign-on bonus. Training is fully paid and will start on November 3rd, 2025.

German-Speaking Customer Service – Travel Sector

€23,500 per year

Duties

• Handle inbound calls and emails in German (80%) and English (20%).
• Assist customers with issues related to their credit cards and transactions.
• Provide clear, professional, and solution-oriented support.

Contract

• Permanent contract (with a 2-month trial period).

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. (split shift).
• 39 hours per week, with one rotating day per week.

Salary

• €23,500 gross annually (€22,000 base + €1,500 Sign-On Bonus).

Training

• Start date: 3rd November 2025
• Monday–Thursday: 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
• Friday: 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
• Training is fully paid and included in the contract.
